The XV Ironman Lanzarote…
If entries are increasing at quick speed this year for Ironman Lanzarote Canarias Triathlon – today we have 690 registered athletes – we are happy to see that these are not only men, but also more women seem to be willing to race our Ironman race in May: 52 have confirmed their entry… including some of the present best women elite triathletes…

33-year-old Swiss, winner Ironman Switzerland 2005 & France 2002

- Mariska Kramer, who will turn 32 in April, winner Ironman France 2005 & 31 st at Ironman Hawaii 2005

- Tiina Boman, 29-year-old Finnish, 4 th at Ironman Lanzarote 2005 and winner of Volcano Triathlon 2005.

- Heleen Bij de Vaate, 31-year-old Dutch, 5 th at Ironman South Africa 2005

- Kate Bevilaqua, Australian (Perth) of 28 year old, 3 rd at the Ironman USA Coeur d’Alene in June 2005 and 3 rd in her age group at Ironman Hawaii 2005
