Qualifying for Hawaii
The Ironman Canarias Lanzarote Triathlon is an official qualifying competition in Europe for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship on Hawaii. Every athlete who wishes to participate in the Ironman Triathlon World Championship has to qualify.
We have 60 slots, of which 10 slots are allocated to PROs (7 TM PRO & 3TW PRO) and the remaining 50 slots are distributed into the different age groups, according to the number of participants, guaranteeing always at least one slots in each age group.
The age group distribution of slots for this year's Hawaii race will be published around 1st May.
